PVC External Lubricant G70 is a high-performance lubricant specifically developed to improve processing efficiency in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) manufacturing.

Formulated using pentaerythritol hexanedioate, stearate, and high-molecular-weight multifunctional fatty acid esters, G70 provides outstanding external lubrication performance during PVC processing.

The product typically appears as white or light yellow flakes or free-flowing powder, with excellent chemical stability and minimal odor. It is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents such as tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP) and chloroform.

During processing, G70 forms a lubricating layer between the PVC melt and metal surfaces of processing equipment, significantly reducing friction and preventing material adhesion. This leads to:
