Processing Aids
Processing aids, also known as acrylic ester processing aids, are multifunctional additives that enhance melt rheology and promote plasticizer. Their core function is process optimization and mechanical property enhancement.
ACRYLIC PROCESSING AID (ACR)
ACRs are high molecular weight polymers designed to improve the fusion, melt strength, and surface quality of PVC. Compared with ordinary PVC aids its additive quantity is much lower as it promotes the melting of PVC at low temperature and improves the melt flowability.

LUBRICANT PROCESSING AIDS
Lubricating processing aid is a special additive that combines the fusions promoting the benefits of acrylic processing aid with the surface release properties of a lubricant. It acts as both an external lubricant (foaming a release layer between the pvc melt and metal machinery) and an internal lubricant (reducing friction between polymer chains to improve flow). Adding a small amount of lubricant processing aid during pvc processing and molding procedure can give excellent metal release properties and fluidity, extend run time greatly, increase output, and endow better surface glows to the products. It can be used individually, but is most commonly used together with other processing aids for the fusion of pvc resin.
APPLICATIONS
Rigid pipes and fittings, window properties, transparent sheets, pvc foam products, injection molding.
BUBBLE MODIFIER
Bubble modifier is an ultrahigh molecular weight acrylic polymer specifically engineered to optimize the cellular structure of foamed PVC as it significantly increases melt strength and elasticity. This modifier ensures precise control over gas expansion, resulting in lightweight products with superior mechanical properties and an impeccable surface finish.
