FOAMING AGENT

PVC foaming agents are essential additives used to create a cellular structure within PVC products. This product is known as a foaming agent, significantly reducing material density and impacting unique properties

AC BLOWING AGENT

Ac blowing agent is a higher-performance chemical foaming agent known for its exothermic reaction. It features a decomposition temperature of 200 degrees and offers the highest gas yields in the industry at 225ml/g, where the increasing particles affect the bubble uniformity, allowing you to select the ideal grade for your specific cell structure requirement

APPLICATIONS
  • PVC FOAM BOARDS
  • FOAM PIPES
  • PVC WALL PANNELS
  • GRANTING PANNELS
  • PVC FOORWARE
  • MATERIALS AND PVC PACKAGING

NC BLOWING AGENT

Modifier sodium bicarbonate is an endothermic chemical foaming agent with a decomposition temperature range of 80-160 degrees Celsius, offering gas production of 135-145 ml/g due to its endothermic reactions. It is commonly used in conjunction with Ac blowing agent to mitigate surface smoothing and maintain temperature balance during processing.

APPLICATIONS
  • PVC FOAM BOARDS
  • FOAM PIPES
  • PVC WALL PANNELS
  • GRANTING PANNELS
  • PVC FOORWARE
  • MATERIALS AND PVC PACKAGING

FOAMING REGULATOR

Physical foaming regulator or micro capsule expanders feature a unique structure consisting of a thermoplastic shell (e.g., polyurea) encapsulating low-boiling solvent ( e.g. pendane). Having a particle size of 25-35µm, which influences bubble density. The foaming process initiates at 140°c-150°c and reaches peak expansion 170°c-180°c, achieving an expansion ratio of 50°c-70°c with a closed cell structure.

APPLICATIONS
  • PVC FOAM BOARDS
  • FOAM PIPES
  • PVC WALL PANNELS
  • GRANTING PANNELS
  • PVC FOORWARE
  • MATERIALS AND PVC PACKAGING
