Plasticizers
It is a chemical additive incorporated into polymer materials to enhance their plasticity, flexibility, and processing. They are widely used in plastics, coatings, concrete, and other fields. Plasticizers function by physically or chemically inserting themselves between polymer chains, weakening intermolecular forces. This reduces material gloss, transition temperature, improves flow properties, and increases flexibility.
DIOCTYL PHTHALATE (DOP)
It is a colorless, transparent, oily liquid, used in the processing of polyvinyl chloride resins. It can be used in the processing of high polymers such as chemical fiber resins, acetate resins, ABS resins, and rubber. Lacquer, dye, dispersant, electric wire and cables, etc.
DIOCTYL TEREPHTHALATE (DOTP)
DOTP is a colorless, transparent, oily liquid that can be used for cable materials, also used for the production of artificial leather film. In addition, it has excellent compatibility and can also be used as a plasticizer for acrylonitrile derivatives, polyvinyl butyral, nitrite rubber, nitrocellulose, etc. It can also be used as a plasticizer for synthetic rubber, paint additives, precision instrument lubricants, lubricant additives, and as a softener for paper.
