LUBRICANTS
Any additive that improves the fluidity of PVC resin and the demolding performance of PVC products can be termed a PVC lubricant. In short, what happens is that friction generates heat due to the excessive local temperature rises and causes PVC to burn/ decompose. So, to smooth out the process, lubricants are utilized. There are two types of lubricants used: external or internal.
PE WAX (POLYETHYLENE WAX)
Polyethylene wax is a high molecular synthetic wax with excellent lubricity, heat resistance, and disparity. It is widely used in plastic processing, hot melt adhesives, inks, coating rubber and wax products, enhancing product gloss and wear resistance.
OPE WAX (OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE WAX)
Oxidized polyethylene wax is a modified version of PE WAX with improved polarity and compatibility. It is commonly used in plastics processing, PVC stabilizers, master batches, inks, and coatings, enhancing product dispersion and processing performance.

LUBRICANT G-60
Internal lubricant G-60 is a higher fatty alcohol that meets the hygienic standards. It is odorless and nontoxic. Compared to stearic acid, G-60 has better compatibility with PVC. It is hard to precipitate it can reduce the internal friction, thus increasing the fluidity and showing stable internal lubrication
APPLICATIONS
Used for the production of non-toxic, non-transparent PVC products, soft and rigid, such as PCV COMPOUNDS/PVC FOAM BOARD, WPC floor. PVC pipes and fittings, thermo-shrink film.
PARAFFIN WAX
Paraffin wax is a white or yellow solid wax derived from petroleum known for its excellent chemical stability, as well as it’s moisture resistant and anti-oxidant properties. It is widely used in candle manufacturing, rubber processing, packaging materials, cosmetics, and food coatings.
