Product Overview
Lubricant G60 is a high-performance composite ester–based internal lubricant specifically developed to enhance processing efficiency in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) formulations.
Based on advanced ester chemistry such as decanoic acid oleate, G60 significantly improves melt flowability and processing stability, enabling manufacturers to reduce energy consumption and optimize production efficiency during extrusion, injection molding, and other PVC processing methods.
The product appears as white flakes or small granules and demonstrates excellent thermal stability, making it suitable for both rigid and flexible PVC applications.
Lubricant G60 offers several advantages, including excellent compatibility with modern stabilizer systems and broad applicability across different polymer materials.
Key Advantages
Food-Grade Safety
Lubricant G60 complies with food-contact material standards, making it suitable for applications involving direct contact with food and medical products. This makes it ideal for packaging materials where safety and regulatory compliance are essential.
Excellent Process Compatibility
G60 shows excellent compatibility with organotin and calcium-zinc stabilizer systems, ensuring stable processing without precipitation or incompatibility issues. It performs reliably in high-speed extrusion and injection molding processes.
Multi-Material Versatility
Beyond PVC processing, G60 can also be used in engineering plastics, providing improved dispersion and high-temperature demolding performance in materials such as:
- TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)
- PA (Polyamide / Nylon)
- PC (Polycarbonate)
