The Barium-Zinc Stabilizer is a concentrated, self lubricating liquid stabilizer composed of Barium and Zinc derivatives. It gives excellent heat stability, transparency and initial color. It is designed specially for artificial leather. It can be used in general purpose flexible and semi rigid PVC Compounds.

PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS:-
It is a general purpose stabilizer that is free from Cadmium and can be used for flexible PVC formulation. It gives very good initial colour and can be used for crystal clear PVC.
In Calendaring, it is for artificial leather flexible semi-rigid PVC film and sheets.
In Extrusion, it is for flexible PVC sheets and hoses.
In Molding Injection, it is for flexible PVC compounds, PVC shoes and soles.

2-3 phr depending upon process condition
